What We Do

One of the most important aspects of a Lean implementation is the facilitator’s ability to contextualise, coach and mentor participants. CI TEAMS has a large team of national Lean experts and project managers that will work with you to ensure you are getting the right skillset to support your journey.

Proven Model

We use a tried and tested model which is underpinned by best practice change management methodologies. We believe in a learn and apply model where the real change happens by applying lean principles in a compounding manner on real projects in the workplace, which builds sustainable capability.
